We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Payable Admin to support administration and operations across all departments at our client's office in the Cranberry Township area. This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and a collaborative approach to working with a variety of teams and personalities.
Duties:
Process accounts payable transactions, including invoice entry, payment coordination, and purchasing card management.
Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies in collaboration with internal teams and vendors.
Assist with HR-related tasks such as employee documentation and personnel record keeping.
Coordinate logistics for inventory, travel, and personnel assignments.
Support safety programs and help maintain standard operating procedures and training records.
Oversee non-inventory supplies, company vehicle records, and compliance documentation (licenses, background checks, etc.).
Qualifications:
Proven experience in an administrative, operations, or accounting support role.
Strong organizational skills and ability to handle stressful situations with diplomacy and calm.
Ability to manage sensitive information with confidentiality.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, experience with NetSuite or Microsoft Dynamics is a plus.
Comfortable working across multiple departments and with external vendors or compliance partners.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to prioritize tasks independently in a fast-paced environment.
Pay Details:
$20.00 to $25.00 per hour
