HR Generalist
to support their manufacturing facilities. What You'll Be Doing:
Manage full-cycle recruitment for hourly roles, including agency coordination and interviews Oversee onboarding, orientation, and training compliance for new hires Serve as primary HRIS administrator (Workday, UKG) and maintain accurate personnel records Support employee relations, investigations, and HR policy guidance Maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements Field employee benefits questions and assist with issue resolution Identify opportunities for HR process improvements and implement scalable solutions What You'll Need to Be Considered:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Experience in multi-site manufacturing HR environments Proficiency with HRIS systems (Workday, UKG) PHR or SHRM-CP certification (preferred) Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred) Strong interpersonal skills and approachable demeanor for plant-floor interaction
