Job Summary

The Kentucky men's basketball requires assistance in the oversight and execution of all elements of the student-athlete's off court experience. This position will be expected to prepare student-athletes for academic and professional success while adhering to all university departments, SEC & NCAA regulations. These elements include but not limited to: prospect coordination, player welfare, player branding, and alumni relations. Additionally, the individual will be responsible for monitoring and understanding changes in NCAA legislation and trends across college athletics to develop solutions and strategies that keep the University of Kentucky men's basketball program at the forefront of college basketball.

Preferred Education/Experience

Master's Degree Preferred; 3-5 years of experience working in a fast-paced environment in collegiate or professional athletics focusing on player development.
