The Opportunity:

The

Senior HR & Benefits Coordinator

plays a key role in supporting Neovance's people-first culture through expert management of employee benefits, leave programs, and day-to-day HR operations. You'll ensure accuracy, compliance, and a seamless experience for employees while serving as a trusted partner across HR processes-from onboarding and policy support to system troubleshooting.

What You'll Do:

Benefits Administration & Leave Management (Primary) Administer medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, retirement, and wellness programs. Advise employees on eligibility, plan options, and claims processes. Manage benefits enrollment, changes, and terminations within UKG. Conduct benefits orientations and informational sessions. Audit and reconcile benefits data with payroll and vendor systems. Ensure compliance with HIPAA, COBRA, ERISA, and ACA regulations. Lead annual open enrollment preparation and execution. Serve as the primary point of contact for all leave management processes. Partner with Payroll, IT, and HR to ensure accurate tracking, benefit continuation, and pay adjustments. Maintain detailed and compliant leave documentation and coordinate return-to-work processes. HR Support (Secondary)

Serve as the first point of contact for employee HR inquiries. Assist with onboarding, offboarding, and employee transitions, including pre-boarding activities (I-9 verification, background checks, and employment verifications). Support HR policy interpretation and communication. Troubleshoot HRIS-related issues for managers and employees. Collaborate cross-functionally with Payroll, TA, and HR Leadership on complex HR issues. Maintain accurate HR records and support audits and compliance initiatives. What You'll Bring:

Minimum Required Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of HR experience in a multi-state environment, including at least 3 years of hands-on benefits administration with strong knowledge of U.S. benefit compliance requirements (HIPAA, COBRA, ERISA, ACA). Demonstrated retirement plan and US leave management experience. Proficiency in HRIS platforms and benefits databases (UKG experience preferred). Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information with discretion. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field-or equivalent combination of education and experience. Additional Preferred Skills

Workers' compensation and HR compliance knowledge. Ability to interpret and apply complex HR policies. Attention to detail, confidentiality, and problem-solving skills. Compensation & Benefits:

The base salary range for this position is $50,000 - $68,000 USD annually, plus eligibility for a performance-based bonus tied to both individual and company performance.

All job offers will be based on a candidate's location, skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data.
