Join a compassionate team as an Outpatient Therapist providing essential clinical services to a diverse client base in the Midwest region. This role involves delivering individualized, family, group, and in-home behavioral health treatments, guided by thorough assessments and timely documentation. You will engage in utilization reviews, crisis intervention, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective care.
Education:
A Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy is required.
Experience:
Preferred candidates have three to five years of experience diagnosing and treating serious mental illness or emotional disturbances, with a strong background in managing treatment plans and supervising clinicians. Experience with evidence-based therapies such as EMDR, DBT, SFBT, Motivational Interviewing, and CBT is highly valued.
Requirements:
Must hold a BSRB license at the Master's level and be qualified as a Mental Health Professional. A valid driver's license is necessary. Additional certifications in substance use disorder treatment and clinical licensure are preferred.
