Join a compassionate team as a Licensed Outpatient Therapist providing essential clinical services to a diverse client base in the Midwest region. This role involves delivering outpatient behavioral health treatments such as individual, family, group, and in-home therapy, tailored to meet the unique needs of each client. Responsibilities include conducting thorough assessments, performing utilization reviews, and determining appropriate levels of care. You will also provide crisis intervention and emotional support, ensuring timely and accurate documentation of all services.
Education:
A Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy is required.
Experience:
Preferred candidates have three to five years of experience diagnosing and treating serious mental illness (SMI) or severe emotional disturbance (SED) populations, with a strong background in managing treatment plans and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. Experience supervising clinicians pursuing licensure is highly valued.
Requirements:
Must hold a BSRB license at the Master's level and have completed all necessary trainings to deliver specialized care, including qualifications as a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP). A valid driver's license is required. Additional licensure in Substance Use Disorder is preferred.
