In addition, this selection process may be used to generate an eligibility pool for future Career Service, Term-limited Temporary or Special Duty Assignment vacancies that may occur in this classification within the Employee Services Division. The eligibility pool will be retained for 12 months from the time it is established and may be extended or used at the discretion of the hiring authority.

A strong customer service orientation, with the ability to support management, employees at all levels, and external stakeholders. Creativity and forward-thinking approaches to attracting talent and building robust candidate pipelines. Solid knowledge of HR employment laws, union contracts, and policies, including EEO, disability accommodations, FLSA, FMLA, and related regulations.
