Construction Project Manager

Project Manager Commercial General Contractor Dallas, TX Our client delivers high-quality ground-up commercial projects across K-12, Higher Education, Healthcare, Religious, and Municipal sectors, with project values typically ranging from $5M-$50M. They take pride in building meaningful community projects and fostering long-term relationships with clients, subcontractors, and employees alike. Key Responsibilities: Oversee all aspects of project delivery from preconstruction through closeout. Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and subcontractor agreements. Lead project meetings with owners, architects, and subcontractors. Ensure all work is completed safely, on time, and within budget. Coordinate closely with field teams to maintain project quality and productivity. Manage cost control, RFIs, submittals, and change orders. Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager with a Commercial General Contractor. Proven track record managing ground-up commercial projects in sectors such as K-12, Healthcare, Religious, or Municipal. Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Project (or similar software). Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and project teams.
