Theyre now looking to bring on an experienced Project Manager whos passionate about leading construction from the first shovel in the ground to project closeout
someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, leads with confidence, and takes pride in exceeding client expectations.
Key Responsibilities Manage all phases of construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. Develop, monitor, and update project schedules and budgets. Lead subcontractor procurement, contract negotiation, and buyout processes. Coordinate directly with field teams to ensure seamless communication and project execution. Oversee RFIs, submittals, and change order processes. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, and engineers. Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and collaboration across all project stakeholders. Mentor Assistant PMs and project engineers to help develop the next generation of leaders.
About You 510 years experience as a Project Manager with a General Contractor. Proven track record delivering ground-up multifamily and/or commercial projects. Strong understanding of construction means, methods, scheduling, and cost control. Excellent leadership, organization, and communication skills. Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred). Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Project (or similar).
