This is an in-office Monday - Friday position in our Newport Beach office.
What You'll Do
We are seeking a creative, well-organized, and self-motivated individual with strong professional communication skills to provide support in financial planning, client services, and general administration. You will report to the Managing Director/Partner. You need to be a service-oriented, coachable team player who is flexible, adaptable, and willing to assist with and learn about different roles within the practice Help with data collection, data input, and presentations for financial planning Collaborate with advisors to provide tailored client solutions Provide customer service to clients and manage the administration of client financial accounts, including financial transactions. Help set up new investment accounts - drafting emails, preparing customer welcome materials, account distributions, and other onboarding tasks Prepare essential documents and PowerPoint-based presentations for client meetings Maintain client files within the Salesforce CRM system Prioritize and organize workflows, and collaborate in all facets of operations Respond to client questions regarding accounts and procedures Offer administrative and office management support to the team Assist with marketing-related functions and business development activities What You'll Bring
BA/BS degree in finance or related field Series 7, 66, 63/65, CA Insurance License not required but preferred 3+ years of experience in Financial Services (Including internships involving customer service or financial analysis) Experience using MS Office applications, such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and organize workflow Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-intensity work environment Self-starter and able to work independently Superior interpersonal, organizational, and client service skills Experience with financial software preferred but not required: eMoney, Money Guide Pro, Salesforce, Nitrogen Flexible and willing to perform other tasks as assigned What We Offer
Annual base salary $65,000 - $85,000 plus incentive compensation based on qualifications and experience Financial incentives for educational goals and certifications (FINRA licenses, CFP, CIMA, CFA, AIF, etc.) 401(k)/Profit Sharing Plan Health, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance Paid holidays Vacation and PTO days
