MST Clinical Supervisor

As The Multisystemic Therapy (MST) Clinical Supervisor supervises, trains, and supports licensed therapists and credentialed Qualified Mental Health Professionals (QMHP) to provide intensive and frequent intervention services to families with children and youth who have intensive behavioral and/or mental health needs. This role ensures adequate 24/7 staffing to meet the needs of families served. This role monitors the team's metrics and performance measures. The MST Clinical Supervisor will impact families, children, youth, so that children and youth increase positive pro social behavior and relationships in their home and community.
Minimum qualifications:
Master's Degree
Defined Education : Counseling or Social Work
Preferences : Spanish Speaking
Substitutions : None
Years' Experience : Four (4) years
Defined Experience : Health and Human services field with a minimum of one (1) year practicing as an associate licensed therapist (LMSW, LPC-A or LMFT-A)
License/Certifications : Current licensure in the state of Texas as an, LCSW, LPC, or LMFT, LMFT-A, LPC-A, LMSW.
