7:00 am - 3:00 pm, 7:30 am - 4:00 pm, or 8:00 am - 4:30 pm (must be available for at least 4 hours one Saturday per month; occasional Sunday hours as needed).

• Apply customer payments via lockbox, ACH/EFT, credit card, wire, and store collections with high accuracy. • Research and resolve payment discrepancies, manage unapplied cash, short pays, and debit memos. • Communicate with customers regarding remittance details and payment applications. • Process credit card payment queues, adjustments, and write-offs within established service levels. • Maintain daily and monthly cash application metrics and reports. Requirements:
• Minimum of
3 years of Accounts Receivable or Cash Application experience . • Strong
Excel skills (VLOOKUP proficiency required)
and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite. • Experience with
Oracle, 9CI, SpeedBill, or other ERP systems
preferred. • Prior
call center experience (inbound/outbound)
handling payments. • Strong accounting knowledge and high attention to detail. •
High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
