JOB SUMMARY
The Senior Trade Marketing Programs Analyst plays a vital role in supporting the development, execution, and performance analysis of trade marketing initiatives aimed at driving cruise sales through travel advisor channels. This role manages the setup and maintenance of promotional campaigns in internal systems, ensuring accurate and timely deployment. Acting as a key liaison between Trade Marketing, Sales Operations, and Analytics, the analyst delivers insights from performance data and helps align marketing efforts with broader business strategies. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and analytical, with experience in the cruise or travel industry.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES Load, maintain, and update trade marketing programs and promotional offers across internal platforms and databases (e.g., CRM, promotional planning tools). Evaluate new B2B-facing technologies and tools and recommend improvements to enhance existing trade marketing platforms and processes. Extract, compile, and interpret campaign performance data from reporting dashboards (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to support weekly, monthly, and ad hoc presentations. Ensure ongoing accuracy of promotional and program data; adjust system entries as needed to reflect campaign changes or shifting priorities. Serve as a key point of contact between Trade Marketing and cross-functional teams, including Sales Operations and Analytics, to ensure strategic alignment and data consistency. Collaborate with Sales, Revenue Management, and CRM teams to align marketing plans with pricing, inventory, and distribution strategies. Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of trade marketing programs. Support the development and coordination of marketing calendars and timelines for internal and external stakeholders. Contribute to process improvements in campaign setup, tracking, and performance reporting. Perform other job-related functions as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS
DEGREE TYPE:

FIELD(S) OF STUDY:
Marketing, Business Administration, Tourism, or a related field.
EXPERIENCE
Minimum 3 years of experience in trade marketing, sales operations, or marketing/data analysis. Prior experience in the cruise, travel, or hospitality industry strongly preferred. Hands-on experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), marketing planning tools, and reporting platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). COMPETENCIES & SKILLS
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate findings into actionable insights. Highly detail-oriented with excellent organizational and project management abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; skilled in data visualization and presentation development. Strong communication skills - both written and verbal - with a proven ability to collaborate across departments. Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Self-starter with a proactive mindset and strong problem-solving abilities. Familiarity with B2B marketing, travel advisor channels, and the cruise booking lifecycle is a plus.
