Description Conduct evaluations for diverse age groups utilizing standardized assessments and observational methods. Create individualized treatment plans tailored to the patient's immediate and long-term communication, cognitive, or swallowing goals. Implement targeted speech therapy interventions emphasizing language, fluency, voice, and swallowing rehabilitation. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physical and occupational therapists, nurses, caregivers, and family members, to develop synchronized care strategies. Educate patients and families to support ongoing progress outside clinical settings. Assist in the inpatient setting occasionally with speech therapy evaluations and interventions to ensure coherent treatment pathways. Maintain precise and timely documentation in line with regulatory standards. Embrace continuous learning and peer collaboration to keep abreast of the latest field advancements. Education

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from a recognized institution. Completion of an overseen Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if not already ASHA-certified. Certifications

State licensure as a

Speech Language Pathologist . Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA is preferred. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire. Skills
