Assembles, installs, maintains, and configures district computer hardware and software, including desktops, laptops, iPads, Chromebooks, printers, and other technology equipment. Diagnoses and repairs hardware, operating systems, software, and connectivity issues for district technology devices. Provides technical support for administration, staff, teachers, and students through the district's Help Desk and Ticketing system, ensuring timely problem resolution. Supports district technology services such as email, Google Workspace, Student Information Systems (SIS), Cisco IP phones, Active Directory, and other software systems. Familiarity with Google Workspace and Windows operating systems. Travel between buildings.
