JD
from a
top-tier law school
with an
excellent academic record Active Bar Admission
in
Washington , in good standing 2-3 years
of substantive experience in
management-side employment law litigation
and
counseling Experience handling cases involving
restrictive covenants ,
trade secret disputes , and other
employment-related litigation Background
advising clients
on
terminations ,
leaves of absence ,
internal investigations ,
reductions in force , and employment
policies Familiarity with employment issues in
M&A
and other
corporate transactions preferred Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal skills Commitment to in-person collaboration in the firm's
Seattle
office Key Responsibilities
Represent employers
in
employment law disputes , including
trade secret
and
non-compete litigation Provide day-to-day counseling
to fast-growing companies on
compliance
with federal, state, and local employment laws Draft
and
review
employment
agreements ,
policies , and
handbooks Conduct internal investigations
and advise on
workforce management issues Support corporate transactions

Compensation & Benefits
Competitive Salary :
$235,000 - $260,000 , commensurate with experience and class year Discretionary merit
