a Construction Manager f or its organization in the retail and facility development sector
to oversee new-store construction and ongoing maintenance projects.

Position Summary
The
Construction Manager
will be responsible for leading the construction team in all aspects of store development-from initial site assessment to final project completion. This role requires strong project management skills, cross-department coordination, and hands-on leadership to ensure all construction activities are completed
on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with company standards .
Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the construction team to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of new store projects. Conduct on-site visits to monitor construction progress and resolve field issues. Perform site surveys to evaluate potential locations for business viability. Develop and implement maintenance plans for existing stores. Oversee delegation and execution of repair and maintenance requests. Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors on store layouts and specifications. Review and approve contracts with contractors and vendors. Provide detailed budget and spending analyses for management review. Recommend and implement process improvements in procurement and development workflows. Stay current on industry trends and construction innovations to identify new opportunities. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in
Construction Management, Business Management , or a related field preferred (equivalent experience considered). Minimum
3-5 years of experience
in construction or facilities management with demonstrated leadership responsibilities. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to coordinate effectively across departments. Ability to interpret and analyze budgets, spreadsheets, and construction data. Ability to read and interpret
architectural plans
is highly desirable. Language Skills Strong English communication (verbal and written) required. Japanese or Spanish language skills
are advantageous for cross-functional and vendor communication. Technical Proficiency Proficient in
Microsoft Office Suite
(Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams). Experience using
AutoCAD 2D
is highly desirable.
