They are looking for
you -an experienced
HR Generalist
who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys being hands-on, and is passionate about recruiting, employee engagement, and building strong workplace culture. This is a

What you get to do:
Lead full-cycle recruiting for the Carolinas region, from sourcing to onboarding
Partner closely with the HR team at headquarters while owning local recruiting efforts
Manage employee relations, including workers' compensation, benefits, and leave administration
Serve as the first point of contact for employees-addressing HR inquiries and promoting company culture
Support HR projects, policy improvements, and process enhancements What you need to succeed:
5+ years of
HR Generalist experience
Strong
recruiting background
and ability to manage high-volume hiring
HRIS experience:
Netchex
(preferred, not required)
Ability to work independently and handle confidential information professionally What's in it for you:
