The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while managing incoming calls and addressing customer inquiries or concerns with professionalism and efficiency. In this role, you will be the first line of contact for our clients, representing our brand and values.
Key Responsibilities Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally Provide accurate information regarding products and services Assist customers in troubleshooting technical issues Process orders and update customer information in the system Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM Handle customer complaints with empathy and a problem-solving attitude Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software Strong customer service orientation with a positive attitude Ability to handle high call volumes in a fast-paced environment Effective problem-solving skills and attention to detail Benefits
