Communiboost We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Call Center Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support over the phone. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and a strong desire to help others.
Salary Range: $16.50 - $26.00 hourly Location: Akron, OH
Key Responsibilities Handle incoming calls from customers in a professional manner Provide accurate information regarding products and services Assist customers in troubleshooting issues and resolving complaints Document all customer interactions in the database Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved Collaborate with team members to improve processes and service delivery Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred Proven experience in a call center or similar customer service role Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities Proficient in using computers and call center software Benefits
