09/03/2025 We are looking for an experienced Oracle EBS Techno-Functional Consultant to join our team and lead financial systems solutions across our global ERP platform. This fully remote role offers the chance to build essential partnerships and deliver significant outcomes to our stakeholders. The ideal candidate is process-oriented, with the ability to assess both technical and functional aspects in a dynamic environment. $80 - $85/hr W2 Responsibilities Collaborate with business, technical development, and application administration teams to conduct GAP analysis, gather business requirements, apply technical developments, and oversee finance projects. Establish and refine processes to maintain stability while executing activities within SDLC, change management, and organizational controls. Work cross-functionally with the global IT Finance team and IT Supply Chain to enhance processes, support, and delivery. Execute essential technical tasks including system configuration, data extraction/loading, and report development. Act as an IT Finance business partner to ensure seamless financial project implementations. Participate actively in estimation and sizing of project efforts. Support training and education for local finance user communities on IT Finance applications. Experience Requirements A minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience with Oracle EBS Finance applications, complemented by 6+ years in IT or industry. Proficient techno-functional experience in Oracle EBS (R12) finance modules like AP, Purchasing/iProcurement, AGIS, AR, iExpense, Fixed Assets, General Ledger, Project Accounting, and OPM Costing. Demonstrated knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL. Experience with integrations using APIs and XML templates. Preferred familiarity with Oracle Supply Chain and Process Manufacturing modules. Strong grasp of Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, and Record-to-Report processes within Oracle EBS. Capable of engaging with users at all levels to identify requirements and provide timely solutions. Experience in analyzing business processes and translating needs into requirements and solution design documents while resolving gaps using standard software functionalities. Solid understanding of information systems, business processes, and success measures. Commitment to customer care and reliable system availability and issue resolution, possibly involving off-hours and on-call support. Excellent analytical and creative problem-solving abilities. Experience with data analytics tools such as Tableau is advantageous. Strong written and verbal communication capabilities. Ability to work independently or as part of multidisciplinary teams. Robust understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle. Experience in biotechnology or pharmaceutical environments is a significant plus. Prior work in a SOX environment is advantageous. Education Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field. All compensable factors will be considered when determining pay. The posted pay range reflects a W-2 hourly rate; other options may be available that fall outside this range.
