$80 - $85/hr W2 This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled consultant to join our team in a fully remote capacity. We are seeking a motivated Oracle EBS Techno-Functional Consultant with expertise in Procure-to-Pay (PTP) and Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes, who will play a crucial role in delivering exemplary finance projects. Responsibilities
Collaborate with business and IT teams to conduct GAP analysis, gather business requirements, oversee technical development, and ensure successful project delivery. Continuously refine processes to maintain stability, adhering strictly to organizational controls and processes, including software development life-cycle (SDLC) and change management. Work closely with the global IT Finance and Supply Chain teams on all aspects of process support and delivery. Perform technical activities including system configuration, data extraction/loading, and report development. Act as a business partner, representing IT Finance, and support the successful implementation of financial projects. Participate in estimating and sizing potential project efforts. Educate and train the local finance community on IT Finance applications. Experience Requirements
A minimum of 6 years’ hands-on experience with Oracle EBS Finance applications, alongside 6+ years in IT/Industry roles. Proven techno-functional experience across Oracle EBS (R12) finance modules: Accounts Payables, Purchasing, iProcurement, AGIS, Accounts Receivables, iExpense, Fixed Assets, General Ledger, Project Accounting, and OPM Costing. Strong Oracle PL/SQL knowledge. Experience with integrations using APIs and XML templates. Familiarity with Oracle supply chain and Oracle process manufacturing modules is preferred. Deep understanding of Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, and Record-to-Report processes. Proficient in gathering requirements from users at all levels and delivering effective solutions. Ability to translate business needs into clear solution designs and requirements documentation. Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills. Knowledge of Data Analytics tools like Tableau is advantageous. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Flexibility to work independently and collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams. Comprehension of the Software Development Life Cycle. Experience in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry is a plus. Background in SOX environment is a plus. Education
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field. Note: Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered while determining the pay rate. The pay range reflects a W2 hourly rate; other options may be available that could result in pay outside the provided range. W2 employees regularly scheduled to work 30 hours or more per week are eligible for benefits including medical, dental, vision, pre-tax accounts, life and disability insurance, and a 401(k) with match, as well as sick time required by law.
