09/03/2025 Description: This is a fully remote opportunity for an Oracle EBS Techno-Functional Consultant focusing on Procure-to-Pay (PTP) and Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes. We are looking for an experienced professional who will drive financial systems solutions across our global ERP platform. The ideal candidate will be adept at building strong relationships, delivering exceptional outcomes for stakeholders, and effectively navigating the challenges of a dynamic work environment.

As a self-motivated team player, you will bring immediate credibility with your proven communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across all organizational levels. You should be technically skilled, capable of troubleshooting complex applications with multiple integrations, and open to learning new concepts and technologies quickly.

Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing to work on a W2 basis. Our W2 consultants benefit from a comprehensive package, including medical, dental, and vision plans, a 401k with company matching, and life insurance. Pay:

$80 - $85/hr W2 Responsibilities Collaborate with business, technical development, and application administration teams for gap analysis, business requirements, technical development, patch application, and ensuring successful delivery of finance projects. Ensure processes are meticulously followed and refined to maintain stability, executing activities in accordance with organizational controls and processes (such as the software development life-cycle and change management). Work closely with the global IT Finance team and IT Supply Chain to support and deliver on all processes. Adapt technical activities, such as system configuration, data extraction/loading, and report development, as required. Serve as a business partner representing IT Finance, contributing to the successful implementation of financial projects. Participate in estimating and sizing potential efforts for projects. Assist in educating and training local finance users on IT Finance applications. Experience Requirements Minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience leading Oracle EBS Finance applications, with 6+ years in IT or relevant industry roles. Techno-functional experience in multiple Oracle EBS (R12) finance modules, including Accounts Payable, Purchasing, iProcurement, AGIS, Accounts Receivable, iExpense, Fixed Assets, General Ledger, Project Accounting, and OPM Costing. Proficiency in Oracle PL/SQL. Experience with integrations, particularly using APIs and XML templates. Familiarity with Oracle supply chain and process manufacturing modules is a plus. Thorough understanding of technical and functional aspects of Oracle EBS finance, including Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, and Record-to-Report processes. Capability to engage with users at all levels to identify requirements and deliver prompt results. Strong analytical skills to translate business needs into requirements and solution design documents, resolving process gaps with standard software functionality. Deep understanding of information systems and business process success measures. Commitment to customer care, with a focus on system availability, reliability, and resolution of issues, including off-hours and on-call support if needed. Excellent problem-solving abilities. Familiarity with data analytics tools such as Tableau is an added advantage. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Flexibility to work independently or as part of a multi-disciplinary team. Solid comprehension of the Software Development Life Cycle. Experience in a biotechnology or pharmaceutical environment is preferred and highly valued. Prior experience in a SOX compliance environment is a significant plus. Education Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field is required. Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining the pay rate. The provided pay range reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may result in pay outside of this range.
