Supply Chain Compliance Coordinator

Provide support to Brand Protection and Supply Chain teams to ensure the global integrity of Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings is met in the areas of Brand Protection and product specifications ensuring food safety and food quality. Support the team for specific assigned projects ensuring coordination, execution, and completion.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage the discrepancy reports process from reporting to resolution ensuring prompt action to determine and correct root causes.
Assist with successful on-boarding of new suppliers and ensure ongoing compliance with our corporate expectations.
Coordinate product withdrawals and recalls with distribution, operations, vessels and suppliers.
Coordinate/schedule annual visits to our contracted Food and Beverage vendors.
Assist with the Company's Quality and Conformity report process.
Facilitate, coordinate, and document ongoing team projects.
Perform other job-related functions as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS DEGREE TYPE:
High School Diploma
FIELD(S) OF STUDY:
Any equivalent combination of experience and skills.
EXPERIENCE
Minimum 1-2 years' experience in hospitality industry. Cruise Line industry experience preferred.
COMPETENCIES/SKILLS
Intermediate level proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Word and Power Point to create reports, presentations and correspondence with emphasis on Excel in relation to general analytical work and financial analysis.
Working knowledge of internal supply management system, MXP.
Good organizational skills are required to handle multiple tasks and can maintain positive attitude under intense pressure.
Ability to develop and maintain a working knowledge of international, federal, state and local laws and regulations affecting the production and food safety of NCLH products.
Ability to maintain ethical and professional relations with suppliers, team members and any other party that conducts business with the organization.
