About the Role As an
Audit Senior , you’ll play a key role in leading audit and assurance engagements from start to finish. You’ll have direct client interaction, support from hands‑on partners, and the opportunity to mentor staff while continuing to advance your own technical and leadership skills. Key Responsibilities Lead and execute audit, review, and compilation engagements across a variety of industries. Plan and perform fieldwork, assess risks, and design audit procedures. Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with GAAP and firm standards. Identify and resolve accounting and auditing issues as they arise. Communicate effectively with clients and partners throughout the engagement. Supervise, train, and review the work of staff accountants. Maintain awareness of emerging accounting and auditing standards. Contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment that values growth and mentorship. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field (Master’s preferred). CPA or active CPA track required. Minimum of 3 years of recent public accounting experience in audit or assurance. Strong knowledge of GAAP and GAAS. Excellent communication and client relationship skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and common audit software (CCH Engagement, CaseWare, etc.). Strong time management and multitasking ability in a fast‑paced environment.
