In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to both Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) and Systems Integrators (SIs), helping them achieve success. You will play a crucial part in shaping our services including Amazon Elastic Container Service, Amazon Elastic Kubernetes Service, AWS Fargate, and Amazon Elastic Container Registry. Your insights as the voice of the customer will be invaluable as you collaborate with product teams to improve AWS offerings. Directly work with innovative customers who are leaders in their fields to interpret their requirements and turn them into actionable solutions. You will promote architectural best practices and assist in building and operating advanced, scalable, reliable, and secure workloads. Your expertise will enable a wider community to adopt the AWS portfolio while serving as a strategic technical leader on a global scale. Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with AWS Partners to define key container components for top-tier go-to-market (GTM) solutions and initiatives. Design, implement, and deploy advanced architecture for containerized solutions. Gather data and customer experiences to provide feedback to product teams, influencing future feature development and roadmaps. Offer expert technical guidance via container-focused GTM teams to address our customers’ most critical business challenges. Oversee deployment and operation of workloads on AWS utilizing Amazon Elastic Kubernetes Service (Amazon EKS), Amazon Elastic Container Service (ECS), AWS Fargate, and other container services. This position is part of the AWS Specialist and Partner Organization (ASP), where specialists manage end-to-end GTM strategies for their respective technology domains, offering both business and technical support to ensure customer success. Five or more years of experience in technology domains such as software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, or data & analytics. Strong understanding of software development tools and methodologies. Experience migrating or transforming legacy solutions to the cloud. Recent hands-on experience with cloud-native and containerized workloads. Preferred Qualifications
Five or more years of experience in infrastructure architecture, database architecture, and networking. Experience working with end-users or developer communities. Proven public speaking and presentation experience with executives and IT professionals. Background in technical roles within sales environments. Advanced degree in MBA, Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics; strong understanding of software development practices and data center/infrastructure/networking technologies.
