We're seeking an experienced
Director of Food & Beverage
to lead operations for an exciting new multi-level restaurant and event space. This is an opportunity to build and shape a dynamic dining destination from the ground up, overseeing all aspects of food, beverage, and guest experience.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in
upscale restaurant operations , with experience managing multiple outlets, events, and high-volume service while maintaining exceptional standards of quality and hospitality.
Responsibilities:
Oversee all food and beverage operations, including restaurant, bar, and events Develop and implement service standards to ensure a top-tier guest experience Collaborate with culinary and bar teams to curate innovative menus and beverage programs Lead, train, and inspire a service-focused team Manage budgets, costs, and inventory while driving profitability Qualifications:
Proven leadership experience in upscale, high-volume restaurant environments Strong event management and multi-outlet operational experience Excellent communication, organization, and team development skills A passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences Benefits:
