Quality Manager - Manufacturing
LHH is seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead and oversee quality assurance activities within a manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for managing customer complaints, returns, and corrective actions, while collaborating with plant teams to resolve quality issues and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities: Implement and maintain quality systems to ensure compliance with industry standards.
Oversee customer returns and manage 8D corrective actions, ensuring timely resolution and documentation.
Collaborate with plant supervisors and operators to address and resolve quality concerns.
Conduct internal audits and support external certification audits.
Maintain documentation for quality standards including QS, ISO, IATF, and SPC.
Support PPAP documentation and submission processes.
Address quality issues related to suppliers and subcontractors.
Lead training initiatives on quality policies and procedures.
Develop and maintain customer-specific requirements, FMEA/PFMEA, and process flow charts.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred or relevant experience
6+ years of experience in quality management
ASQ certifications (CQM, CQE, or CQA) are a plus.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in technical writing and project management.
In-depth knowledge of QS, ISO, IATF, and SPC standards.
Salary Range: $115,000-$135,000
