Mission
Picture your first week : you’re handed a complex 5-axis job with tight tolerances and a challenging setup. You analyze the print using GD&T, build an efficient strategy in Mastercam, fine‑tune G‑code at the control, and deliver parts that pass inspection the first time. That’s the standard you’ll set in our Aurora or Arvada, CO shop. Seasoned (Level 3) professionals are welcome to apply. How you’ll contribute
Own CNC milling operations on 3–4 axis and 5+ axis VMCs from setup through final inspection. Translate drawings and models into robust toolpaths; program using G‑code and CAM software. Leverage Mastercam and Autodesk Fusion 360 to optimize strategies, fixtures, and tooling. Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and keep machines production‑ready. Collaborate closely with engineering / design to enhance quality, reduce cycle times, and cut scrap. Validate results with precision metrology and document conformance to specifications. Promote a safety‑first, clean, and organized workspace. What you’ve mastered
Professional experience as a CNC machinist focused on milling. GD&T interpretation and application. CNC tooling selection, setup, and optimization. CNC programming fundamentals and advanced techniques. Strong understanding of G‑code and machine‑side edits. Mastercam and Autodesk Fusion 360 proficiency. Teamwork and independence in a fast‑moving production environment. Strengths we value
GD&T CNC Tooling CNC Programming G‑Code CAD / CAM Software Tools of the trade
CNC Mill (3–4 axis VMC) — Haas CAM Software — Mastercam, Autodesk Fusion 360 CNC Mill (5+ axis VMC) Compliance
Must pass a background check IAW ITAR and AS9100 standards.
