$80,000 - $85,000 annually
An established insurance defense law firm in Irvine is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented
Paralegal
to join their team. The ideal candidate will support attorneys in a variety of legal tasks, ensuring documentation is accurate, organized, and compliant with applicable laws. This role requires strong organizational skills, multitasking ability, and a solid understanding of California legal procedures. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct document review for accuracy and legal compliance Interview clients and witnesses to gather case-related information Manage legal documents using document management systems Prepare case files and exhibits for trials, hearings, and meetings Maintain professional communication with clients, including phone interactions Track case progress and deadlines using legal case management software Research laws, regulations, and precedents to support case preparation Collaborate with attorneys and staff to ensure efficient workflow Qualifications: Paralegal certificate or equivalent Minimum 2 years of prior paralegal experience Strong time management and multitasking skills Excellent writing and communication abilities Knowledge of California Code of Civil Procedure and State Court rules Ability to identify and resolve potential issues using conflict resolution principles Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Benefits: 401(k) with matching Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off Employee assistance program Free parking
