A well-established personal injury firm in Irvine is seeking a sharp and adaptable
Paralegal
to support its litigation attorneys. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is detail-oriented, and has a strong foundation in personal injury litigation support. Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive support to personal injury litigation attorneys Manage calendaring, e-filing, and case/file organization Interface with clients and assist with document preparation Support trial preparation, discovery, and legal research Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents Organize evidence and assist with deposition preparation Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree required Paralegal certificate preferred but not mandatory Prior experience in personal injury litigation strongly preferred Strong attention to detail and ability to learn quickly Excellent communication and organizational skills Bilingual Spanish is a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal research tools
