Description Conduct comprehensive evaluations for pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients utilizing both standardized assessments and observational methods. Create tailored treatment plans targeting both immediate objectives and long-term communication, cognitive, or swallowing needs. Deliver individualized speech therapy interventions concentrating on fluency, voice, language, and swallowing enhancements. Collaborate closely with physical therapists, occupational therapists, nurses, physicians, caregivers, and families to formulate integrated care approaches. Provide necessary education for patients and families to ensure continued progress beyond therapeutic sessions. Assist in the occasional inpatient evaluations and interventions for comprehensive continuity of patient care. Maintain up-to-date and accurate documentation in line with state, federal, and organizational policies. Stay abreast of advancements in the field via continuing education and cooperative learning with peers. Education

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution. Completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if you have not yet obtained ASHA certification. Certifications

Active state licensure as a

Speech Language Pathologist . Preferred Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification to be obtained within 30 days of joining. Skills

Demonstrated proficiency in evidence-based treatment approaches across all age groups with a solid foundation in both developmental and acquired speech, language, and swallowing disorders. Exceptional interpersonal communication abilities with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams. Adeptness in adjusting therapy methods to cater to varying cultural and linguistic backgrounds. Strong clinical reasoning and analytical skills. Proficient in using electronic medical records and adhering to documentation standards. Benefits
