Job Summary
We are looking for an Accounting Manager/ Senior Associate. This role is responsible for managing the manual consolidation of financial statements received from multiple global divisions to ensure accurate and timely reporting. This role requires strong technical accounting knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret and reconcile diverse financial data across entities operating under varying accounting standards. This role will be reporting to an office location (not a remote position) Job Description - Manually consolidate financial statements (consolidated Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Statement of Cash Flows, and Statement of Changes in Equity) received from multiple global divisions. - Gather trial balances or full financial statements from each global division or subsidiary and adjust for intercompany transactions. - Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements under IFRS - Prepare various financial schedules and review GAAP conversion (US GAAP, IFRS) - Prepare various financial schedules and review GAAP conversion (US GAAP, IFRS) - Support subsidiaries accounting closing for US GAAP & IFRS - Provide consolidated audit support and preparation - Support managerial reporting and flux analysis - Ad hoc projects as needed Qualifications Education - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field (CPA is a plus) Experience & Skills - Minimum 4 years of Accounting experience. At least 2 years of proven ability on consolidation of financial statements - Good knowledge of GAAP and IFRS - Good verbal and written communication skills (English. Ability to speak and read Korean is preferred but not required) - Experience with SAP FI - Advanced user of Excel - Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple and shifting priorities in a dynamic environment - Analytical and problem-solving skills - Proven ability to interact effectively cross-functionally and with subsidiaries' finance team What's On Offer - Salary :90-145k - 3 weeks of PTO (on an accrual basis). - They are eligible to contribute to a 401(k) on the first day of the month after the date of hire. company matches 100% up to 4.5% of their pay. - Additionally, the Company also currently contributes up to 1.5% of their pay as a profit-sharing contribution.
