Composite Technician
Were looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Composite Technician to join our growing team in Phoenix! In this hands-on role, youll help build high-quality composite components used in advanced manufacturing applications. What Youll Do: Build and assemble composite parts and subassemblies following detailed work instructions and process specifications. Use hand tools, pneumatic, or electric power tools to trim, bond, and finish composite materials. Inspect and verify that parts meet quality and dimensional standards. Safely move, lift, and handle materials weighing up to 40 lbs. Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring adherence to all safety and quality standards. Record work progress and support other production activities as needed. What You Bring: High School Diploma or GED required. Minimum of 1 year of experience in a composite or production assembly environment (or equivalent education/training). Ability to read and interpret work instructions, drawings, and specifications. Skilled with hand tools and power tools used in composite fabrication. Strong attention to detail, quality focus, and manual dexterity. Reliable, team-oriented, and safety-conscious. Preferred Skills: Technical training or coursework in composites, manufacturing, or related fields. Previous experience in aerospace or advanced manufacturing environments.
