The Impact You’ll Make

Coordinate people, materials, and equipment to meet daily and weekly production goals.
Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and environmental requirements.
Apply lean principles to remove waste, reduce variation, and boost throughput.
Coach team members, aligning cross‑functional work and sharing best practices.
Authorize overtime, optimize shift patterns, and manage staffing to demand.
Drive quality initiatives in partnership with quality engineering and operations.
Facilitate clear communication channels so insights travel quickly and effectively.
What You’ll Do
Lead a cross‑functional team to deliver operational excellence across your value stream.
Manage production schedules, materials flow, and resource allocation.
Identify process constraints and execute continuous improvement actions using lean toolsets.
Champion HSE standards and embed them into daily routines.
Must‑Haves
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
3–6 years of manufacturing or operations leadership with supply chain emphasis
Proven organizational and performance management capability
Knowledge of health & safety regulations and quality assurance standards
Nice‑to‑Haves
Hands‑on experience leading cross‑functional teams in a fast‑moving environment
Working knowledge of lean manufacturing and CI methodologies
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skillsDemonstrated success in change management and innovation
