Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner. Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies. Resolve customer complaints by troubleshooting issues and finding effective solutions. Document all customer interactions in the CRM system for future reference. Manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a high level of service quality. Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved satisfactorily. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
High school diploma or equivalent is required; a college degree is a plus. Proven experience in a customer service or call center role is preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure.
