Patient Care Coordinator - Front Office (Administrative)
NOW Hiring – Patient Care Coordinator – Front Desk. Doctors of Physical Therapy seeks a full‑time Patient Care Coordinator for our Edgar, WI location. Ideal candidate will be seeking longevity with a growing company, be a self‑starter, and possess excellent interpersonal and customer service skills to build relationships with patients and the community, providing a welcoming environment. Responsibilities
Greet patients Effectively communicate patients, families, team members, clinicians, and all departments. Provide detailed instructions to patients for their visits. Review and evaluate patient charts for data entry accuracy. Work as a team to ensure an efficient working environment and timely calls to patients and referral sources. Familiarity with outpatient rehabilitation/medical services and medical terminology. Answer phones Patient registration/data entry Scanning/faxing/other clerical duties Collect copays and patient balances Patient scheduling – schedule management Patient care assistance as needed Strong organizational skills Daily light cleaning and laundry Knowledge of insurance benefits Qualifications / Availability
Must be available to work Monday through Friday. Benefits
