McWilliams Forge Company, in Rockaway, NJ, is a well-established leader in the manufacture of precision forged products for the aerospace industry. We are seeking a Metal Grinder for our NDT Department. Candidates must have good eye and hand coordination. Prior experience in an industrial manufacturing environment a plus. Performs hand grinding and polishing on a variety of in process parts. Blends surfaces and corners Judgment required in estimating quality of objects and in reporting unusual conditions to dept. supervisor Requirements: Able to be proficient in English in order to speak, read and write instructions. Assist other departments as needed. Be available to work overtime and/or weekends as needed Able to lift up to 35 lbs. Must be able to wear a respirator and adhere to proper usage.
