Job Description

Oversee all phases of construction projects, from planning to completion. Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources. Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project alignment. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards. Prepare and present project updates to senior management and clients. Maintain accurate documentation and reporting throughout the project lifecycle. Resolve any challenges or conflicts that arise during project execution. The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have:

Strong knowledge of construction project management principles and practices. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams. Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
