The Maintenance Mechanic will troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on injection molding machines and support equipment. Openings are available for the First Shift (7:00 AM to 3:00 PM), Second Shift (3:00 PM to 11:00 PM), and Third Shift (11:00 PM to 7:00 AM). All roles require working one weekend day per week. Perform mold changes. Troubleshoot and repair electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems following diagrams, manuals, and specifications. Remove defective parts using appropriate tools and techniques. Measure parts to ensure dimensional accuracy using calipers, micrometers, and other instruments. Conduct preventive maintenance and cleaning of equipment. Ensure compliance with OSHA and safety standards during all activities. Maintain knowledge of support systems such as chillers and compressors. Report deficiencies to management. Document and communicate work activities and issues. Complete required training programs. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications
