Accounts Payable Specialist (Full Time)
Location: Orlando, FL
Schedule: Full-Time | Onsite
Entertainment Technology Partners (ETP) is seeking a Full‑Time Accounts Payable Specialist to support our finance operations in Orlando, FL. This role is ideal for someone detail‑oriented, organized, and eager to grow within a collaborative accounting team that powers creativity behind the scenes.
Base Pay Range $17.95/hr – $21.63/hr
Responsibilities
Invoice processing – reconcile, code, and process invoices for payment while verifying purchase orders, authorizations, and accuracy.
Vendor relations – communicate with vendors to resolve discrepancies and maintain up‑to‑date records.
Financial accuracy – review accounts payable aging reports, open purchase order logs, and ensure proper documentation.
Tax & compliance – collect W‑9s, track resale certificates, and assist with sales/use tax reporting and year‑end 1099 processing.
Reporting and support – generate payable analyses, assist in special financial projects, and provide receptionist backup as needed.
Qualifications
Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, or 1+ year of relevant experience.
Attention to detail – accuracy and consistency in reviewing invoices and maintaining vendor records.
Communication skills – ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with external vendors.
Technical skills – familiarity with accounting systems and Microsoft Office (Excel proficiency preferred).
Team player – positive attitude, adaptability, and reliability in a fast‑paced office environment.
