Overview

MedSpa experience required. Must be available to work Monday-Friday and alternating Saturdays. Must be available to work at our Fort Worth and Weatherford locations. Responsibilities

The Medical Spa Coordinator is the face of the practice; the first and last impression. Welcome and educate patients on the services, treatments and products offered in our medical spa. Consistently provide the highest level of customer service and ensure an efficient and pleasant patient experience. Exemplify a five-star experience and superior customer service in every patient encounter, representing the company with poise and professionalism. Support care providers to ensure their success and efficient days. Schedule services and in-office consultations for new patients. Enter all patient information in the EMR, provide all necessary paperwork, consents and resource material. Answer questions concerning the patient experience and related procedures and costs. Service patients who walk in for product purchases and facilitate trying products or samples as requested. Order and track retail and back-bar product inventory, check patients in and out of the system, batch daily transactions, and perform other related tasks. Secondary tasks include stocking supplies and cleaning and organizing retail display areas. Maintain a clean and appealing lobby and entry area, stock business cards, and assist with marketing and social media as needed. Required Education & Experience

College education preferred, aesthetic medical office or similar customer service environment required. This position is not for estheticians hoping to transition to a provider role. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred. Required Skills

Must be a people person, sales-oriented, goal-driven, punctual, professional appearance, and have proper phone etiquette. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work with set schedules. Excellent computer skills and ability to quickly learn scheduling and billing software, with strong knowledge of procedures, products and treatment plans within the practice. Physical Requirements

Must be able to sit at a desk for most of the workday, move through the office with patients, and speak professionally on the telephone. Job Details
