Base Pay $22.00/hr - $25.00/hr

Responsibilities
Providing a concierge level of service – making each encounter with our patients amazing.
Managing a multi-line phone system.
Checking patients in/out.
Collecting payments for services rendered.
Data entry and scanning documents into the electronic health record.
Confirming appointments, following up on missed/cancelled appointments to reschedule patients.
Essential Skills and Abilities
Outstanding telephone etiquette and communication skills.
Substantial knowledge of general medical terminology. Plastic surgery and Med–Spa terminology a plus!
Electronic health record experience (Nextech experience a plus).
Strong computer and organizational skills.
Ability to work as a team member.
Well-organized with attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Treat patients and co‑workers with respect.
Maintain HIPAA confidentiality at all times.
Empathetic with patients’ needs and concerns.
Highly dependable.
