Position Details Title:

Job Responsibilities
Assist customers in selecting and upgrading cell phones, data plans, and home services.
Provide tailored product and service solutions to meet customer needs.
Maintain a clean, organized and engaging store environment.
Process sales, returns and activations using POS and activation systems.
Deliver an outstanding customer experience that drives repeat business.
Minimum Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent (BS/BA preferred).
Minimum one year of proven retail sales or customer‑focused work experience.
Physical capacity to work 40+ hours per week, travel locally, stand on feet all day, and handle setup/tear‑down.
