Collaborate with the Engineering Manager to maintain the technical health of products while aligning with product priorities
Serve as a mentor and force multiplier for team members, exemplifying effective delivery practices
Participate in design and implementation discussions to enhance team performance
Promote and embody the company’s cultural principles as the organization scales
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent practical experience
Minimum of 5 years of relevant industry experience in software development
Proficiency in programming languages such as Go, GraphQL, TypeScript, or React
Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively within a team of engineers with diverse technical focuses
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience building and shipping a 0-1 product with a focus on scaling for growth
Understanding of how to create stable products while responding to customer feedback
Familiarity with geolocation data and its applications in software development
