What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Develop and deliver end-to-end solutions for tracking and monitoring equipment utilization
Collaborate with the Engineering Manager to ensure long-term technical health of products
Mentor and support fellow engineers in design and implementation processes
Maintain a customer-focused mindset to deliver iterative improvements based on user feedback
Champion and embody the company's cultural principles in daily work and team interactions
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent practical experience
At least 8 years of relevant experience in software development
Strong programming skills in one or more of the following: Go, GraphQL, TypeScript, React
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to manage technical discussions
Experience in building and shipping products from inception to impact
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience in scaling products for growth and business impact
Background in working with machine learning engineers to deploy models in production
Familiarity with geolocation data and its applications
Understanding of building stable systems that respond to customer feedback
