We are seeking an experienced Operations Shift Supervisor for the Off Shift to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, ensuring efficiency and productivity while maintaining a focus on safety and quality. Responsibilities
Manage and supervise operations staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations. Coordinate and oversee operations activities, such as production, shipping, receiving, inventory control, and material handling. Implement and maintain processes to optimize workflow and meet operational goals. Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations, including OSHA standards. Resolve any issues or discrepancies that may arise in daily operations. Skills / Qualifications
Proven experience in manufacturing and/or warehouse management. Proficiency in operating forklifts and other materials handling equipment preferred. Familiarity with warehouse management systems for inventory control and tracking. Strong knowledge of shipping and receiving procedures. Excellent organizational and leadership skills to manage a team effectively.
