Job Description: The Client is seeking an experienced L2 Application Support Engineer to join their Fixed Income and Electronic Trading support team. This individual will play a key role in providing front office production support, improving monitoring capabilities, and ensuring stability across mission-critical trading applications. As part of a global buildout, they are looking to hire one individual in each region (New York, London, Singapore/Sydney) to strengthen support for our trading functions. This is an opportunity for a seasoned engineer to be an individual contributor while also helping establish a more robust global support model. Responsibilities: Provide Level 2 front office application support for Fixed Income/Electronic Trading, including US Treasuries, Repos, futures, etc. (FMX business) Manage FIX protocol connectivity, ensuring smooth order flow (send/receive orders). Work closely with traders, quants, and business teams to troubleshoot production issues in real time. Support and maintain systems running on Unix and SQL, leveraging basic shell scripting. Improve tools, monitoring, and automation to enhance system reliability. Participate in job scheduling and batch support (Autosys or similar). Collaborate with global peers to strengthen support coverage across multiple regions. Must-Have Skills:

Strong background in Fixed Income / Electronic Trading Hands-on experience with FIX protocol for trading order flow. Proven front office support experience working directly with traders. Proficiency with Unix, SQL, and basic shell scripting. Ability to operate in fast-paced trading environments, providing quick resolutions under pressure. Nice-to-Haves:

Light networking knowledge (connectivity troubleshooting, TCP/IP basics). Experience with tools & monitoring improvements. Exposure to Autosys or job scheduling platforms. Why Join:
