Program Coordinator - Psychology EWU School of Business – EWU at Bellevue College.

Job Summary The Program Coordinator supports specialized off‑campus and online operations for the College of Professional Programs at EWU at Bellevue College. The role provides student and program support, coordinates projects, assists in marketing, recruiting, and website management, and serves as liaison to local organizations.

Responsibilities

Coordinate, schedule, and monitor program activities to align with goals.

Assist with student application, admission, and registration processes.

Provide general education advising and program‑specific advising.

Facilitate faculty access to classrooms, technology, and Bellevue College systems.

Maintain program website, marketing materials, social media, and Canvas pages.

Plan and execute student orientations, informational talks, workshops, and graduation ceremonies.

Coordinate special projects and events, including recruitment presentations and conferences.

Serve as primary contact for students, faculty, and external agencies regarding program policies and procedures.

Provide routine administrative support to staff and faculty regarding hardware, software, and other technology.

Maintain student records, track enrollment, and manage office supplies.

Minimum Qualifications

High school graduation or equivalent with at least two (2) years of complex program support experience.

Strong computer skills: two years of full‑time experience using web development and maintenance tools.

Two years of full‑time experience maintaining manual and electronic records.

Proficiency in customer service with high volume (100+ contacts daily) across verbal, phone, email, and written communication.

Preferred Qualifications

College coursework or higher education experience in student support.

Experience with Canvas, EagleNet, Banner, or similar university systems.

Experience with website and social media development.

Familiarity with operations of Bellevue College campus.
