Talent Acquisition Search & Strategy Consulting We’re seeking a strategic and growth-oriented Head of Sales to lead our revenue engine. This role is ideal for a seasoned sales leader with deep experience in custom software solutions or consulting services. You’ll be responsible for scaling our sales organization, refining our go-to-market strategy, and elevating the overall commercial maturity of the business.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a scalable sales strategy aligned with company growth goals
Lead, mentor, and expand a high-performing sales team across multiple markets
Build and optimize sales processes, playbooks, and performance metrics
Collaborate with marketing, product, and delivery teams to ensure alignment and customer success
Drive pipeline growth through strategic partnerships, outbound efforts, and account-based selling
Analyze sales data to identify trends, forecast revenue, and guide strategic decisions
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client engagements
Champion a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and customer-centricity
Required Qualifications
Proven success in custom software sales or consulting services (10+ years)
Prior experience in a senior sales leadership role (5+ years), ideally in a scaling environment
Must have experience in a nimble, ever-changing environment
Demonstrated ability to build and mature sales teams, processes, and infrastructure
Strong understanding of solution selling, enterprise sales cycles, and consultative approaches
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Experience with CRM systems and sales analytics tools
Preferred Qualifications
Experience selling into mid-market or enterprise clients
Familiarity with agile development, digital transformation, or SaaS delivery models
Experience closely working with product management & software development teams
